咖啡玩具三號機Nuova Simonelli Oscar (My Coffee machine No 3 Oscar)

購入咖啡玩具三號機Nuova Simonelli Oscar已經數天了.
萃取咖啡的質感真的好喝許多,感覺咖啡形體感明確許多,且少掉不少不該出現的風味.



但對於發牛奶,卻是在升級咖啡機後痛苦的開始.
這一台機器是四孔小弟也在店家工程師指導下,操作過營業用等級的三孔和四孔的機器練習如何打奶泡.一回到家換Oscar來打奶泡,牛奶真的是加熱超有營業機水準大概10秒不到吧,然後泡呢?
非常抱歉沒有,想起工程師說和我自己寫的打奶泡的聲音部要該是高頻的聲音,而是札實的嘶嘶聲.
所以埋頭苦練,就這樣痛苦的練習了兩天沒任何進展,喝了不知幾杯的你牛奶和到掉練習的自來水.
最後放棄了用四孔噴嘴來打奶泡,因為蒸氣是夠強沒錯,不過不夠穩不夠均勻細膩.
同時也不段收尋國外文章發現不少玩家更換三孔的噴嘴.
也看到Peter Chiang 前輩有牙籤塞住噴嘴的玩法,就一樣畫葫蘆.
用兩根牙籤的前端把其中兩個孔給塞住.神奇的事就這樣發生.
奶泡就回來了,且比以前的機器快上很多.
I just had bought my coffee machine NO3:"Nuova Simonelli Oscar" for few days.
The coffee is more clear and better for drink.However for the milk I had bad experience in begin in my Oscar.
Original I was used EES-200 that sometimes be able to makes terrific micro foam but it need 1 min in very slow foaming and patience.
Even change different size of Milk Pitcher,the sound is still wrong when Foaming milk.
以前EES-200打奶泡大概要非常耐心打一分鐘,現在大概20秒次不到就把奶發好了.
目前練習還不夠熟戀還不夠細,希望未來幾個月內可以進步到EES200的最佳的狀態水準.
After changing to Oscar that has a four hole spout, which the milk hats too fast and be hard to create micro foam.
2 days passed and I practices many milks and cold water, the condition still isn't so good for me.
So I give up use 4 hole and use 2 wood head of toothpick to plug into 2 holes of steam hole.
I can easy to create micro foam milk less 20 secs and I would like buy Two or tree spray nozzles in future.

PS1:補充,買到台的網友記得遵照機器上標示的,每次開機把蒸汽洩壓後直到蒸氣出來再來關閉真氣旋鈕好讓壓力感知器正常運作加熱到正確的溫度壓力,

Ps1:
The warming words on machine that mentions turn on the steam on to release pressure in each time turn on the machine unit the stream is out.


PS2:沖煮頭好樣比EES-200難清理多,且熱機大約需費時10分鐘左右.
Ps2:Group is hard for clean than EES-200 and need 10 mins to warm up.
Ps3:外觀質感雖然不是不繡鋼,
但我覺得還蠻好看的且好清理,不過看不到水箱的水量是比較可惜(雖然它有缺水指示燈)
Ps3:The outside material isn't stainless and use ABS.
The looking still is good for me and easy to clean outside the ID but lacks water tap.
No water level indicator,and only have warning LED to filling water when water is empty.

這一篇應該是最後一次以EES-200來製作咖啡的文章?因為想升級已經想了很久,說實話如果不是很追求咖啡的玩家EES-200真的是很超值的機器.好玩耐用,好好練習真的可以做不錯喝的咖啡,且因為性能是入門機種.EES200沖煮頭的設計就簡單許多,相對的清潔也比高階機器簡單.同時EES200開機時間較快.
I feel EES-200 is very simple and easy to clean machine.

You can dispensing just good coffee for drink in this price by practicing.

咖啡玩具:錐刀加平刀(Get conical & Flat burrs at same time)

Versalab M3是一台設計理念很不錯的家用高檔磨豆機,設計採用錐刀盤與平刀盤各取優點的組合.
先用錐刀盤的強項先研磨粗的大顆粒,接著用平刀盤製作精細成粉末.
小弟原本很想買,但是忽然靈光一閃,賣掉rocky換這臺要花多少錢?
為何不買臺錐刀盤回來搭配rocky使用? 這樣的搭配真的有效嗎?
We all know Versalab M3 is a good grinder for home that combinated conical & Flat burrs in one machine.
I want to upgrade me rocky to this grinder,too.
But I think about why not I buy a low end conical burr to cut coffe bean first then send to my rocky to pulverize later?
This way I don't sell my rocky and pay less mony to got conical & Flat burrs at same time?
But do this combinatd work?

我就把前任入門錐刀盤磨豆機由社團借回家,
測試計劃如下:
先用錐刀盤粗研磨然後倒入rocky的豆槽用平刀盤作細研磨.
同rocky的刻度下結果是研磨品質超棒.
To check this idea current or not.
Plan is like follwings:
I borrow my previous tiamo girnder that be lower cost conical burr to test.
I place beans into Taimo cut into asperity first.
Then send granums into rocky to fine burr with flat burr.



這次用Britt的咖啡豆,做了兩杯,
第一杯僅用rocky研磨,
第二杯先給Taimo研磨後rocky同刻度研磨.
這杯萃取出來的咖啡口感更好,咖啡的不好的酸度幾乎沒有了,
且讓這款咖啡豆的鄉土野性風味變的更醇厚度和層次感又多一點啦.
This time I use Britte cofffee beans to do 2 cup latte to compare.
First cup use rocky only.
Second like above mention using taimo first then send to rocky do fine burr.
Then second coffee become more smooth taste and all bad sourness is gone.
I can test more coffee gradation)


想升級磨豆機?若你手上是入門錐刀盤,不用賣,僅需再買一台平刀盤來搭配無痛升級~
若是您現在手上有不錯的平刀磨豆機,想換換綜合刀盤的差異,

Conculsion is that if you want upgrade your grinder wihtout less pay.

You already had a good flat burr grinde,only buy a conical burr to match your flat buur.

For example: Baratza Virtuoso that have bigger burr than tiamo one.

可以買臺錐刀盤力例如這款Baratza Virtuoso做粗研磨先,搭配原本平刀盤研磨出來的品質一定更棒.
這款比Taimo那台臺錐刀盤更大些也更棒,這樣的升級方式一定是花費最少的.

還是說你已經有上述的錐刀盤,那搭配一款中階平刀盤也是不錯的組合.

If you have above lower end conical burr and you keep you grinder to buy a mid ranger flat burr to match you oringal burr to make better coffee.
