咖啡機Oscar 二部曲 (Part 2 of Oscar)

這一個月與OSCAR相處,發現他的外觀質感真的很好,像一台高級的烤麵包機或是廚房用器具而不是冰冷機器.
(High quality ID match as kichten machine provide warm style than material)

非常容易保養的ABS烤漆表面(durable ABS tesxtured body:easy to keep clean)


超大且實用的可移動成水盤1公升(Useful and Removable 1 Liter drip tray pan)

可調整的蒸氣噴嘴(adjustable steam nozzle)

左邊:我換成La Marzocco噴嘴(Left:I change La Marzocco tip for OSCAR with O ring)

右邊:原廠蒸氣過強的噴嘴(Right: Oringal and too Powrful tip
如何用OSCAR打奶泡?
目前不用牙籤塞住兩孔,改新的LM四孔噴嘴後直接用四孔打奶泡.
發現四孔的噴嘴, 拉花杯得更大才行,稍微有一點熟練但不是很完美,找到一點感覺了.
Oscar蒸氣太強且四孔較為擴散使用小的拉花杯想將牛奶打發,牛奶只會快速加熱而無法成漩渦帶入空氣發泡.
若拉花杯過小像是我買的Motta 350cc發奶泡就會因為杯子過小而無法將空氣帶入成漩渦.
建議用大於600cc發泡杯來打比較適合(Motta350cc就變成純拉花杯不發泡.)
How I froth milk with Oscar now?
About the latte art in Oscar. I keep use LM 4 hole tip to foaming milk without using any toothpick inside hole now.
I also found the Oscar's stream is too strong with 4 hole with small lattiera.
If using 350cc Motta lattiera is very hard to control the stream become circle insdie the milk to foam very well.
Afer I change to use 600cc(or biger ) latterra to froth milk well and circle stream condition become better.
Not best yet,however is become better now.

Oscar在家用義式咖啡機中有著不小2L熱交換鍋爐,所以可以每次萃取完咖啡或打完奶泡,鍋爐可以非常迅速回溫.
Oscar is HX,the temp can return very soon after using stream or coffee.
The large 2 L boiler size provides ample steam for quick and powerful steaming and frothing of milk for lattes and cappuccinos.

今天剛到的Nuova Simonelli無底把手搭配三份濾杯(NP for Oscar with Triple basket)


上個月份,買了OSCAR後先買了幾個濾杯先玩玩.先購買的是貝拉牌的三份濾杯.
如國外前輩說,邊緣的萃取孔可能滴流的空間會有壓抑的一疑慮。
我自己喝起來三杯份的濾杯,口感酸味較原廠杯兩杯和單杯較多許多,也許日後改無底把手後這個三杯份的濾杯將可以發揮長才。
I buy new two baskets in local.
First one is La Marzocco singal basket outside size is 58mm but inside diameter is 41mm(singal basket) like the following youtube link's image.
接著購買的濾杯是 La Marzocco單份濾杯外口徑58mm但內口孔徑是41mm.
和網路上這臺OSCAR 萃取咖啡的影像中的濾杯一模一樣的規格 :

還有另外一個是La Marzocco 雙份濾杯 國外網友說在OSCAR上面這個濾杯萃取也很均勻.



從左到右分別是 貝拉牌的三份濾杯,,La Marzocco 雙份濾杯,La Marzocco單份濾杯,原廠double 原廠single.濾杯.
Left unkonwn triple,La Marzocco double,La Marzocco single,STD double STD single.I don't have timeto test it with NP yet.


目前OSACR最常使用的濾杯感覺口感最好的是La Marzocco 單份濾杯
其次是La Marzocco 雙份濾杯,這兩各都比原廠的口感好,咖啡很粉有更多的膨脹空間.
This(LM single) is total same the spec in the yubee and provide best coffee with my OSCAR now.
Second is La Marzocco double baskets and also can provide better coffee than STD basket



未來也許還有些許迷惘,希望我能盡快找到方向(My feature isn't so clear,hope I will find my way soon)




個人目前喜歡中度烘培的豆子(北義風格),咖啡成現金黃色crema.
而不像深烘培(南義風格)那樣赭紅,和奶泡的混合後的咖啡口味更調和色澤也更好看.
目前最愛喝豆子是”巴拿馬 鑽石山”.
口感比 薇薇特南果口感 再濃郁些,帶有一種可可亞和淡淡水果的氣息.
和牛奶調和之後奶香更渾然天成,推薦喜歡拿鐵或是卡布奇諾彭朋友.
I like the full city or city coffee (North Italy )than French (South Italy)
Th coffee of city roast coffee bean isn’t so red color and so strong like French coffee.
The city coffee bean provide smooth taste and gold cream that is more match well with milk.
The current my favorite coffee bean is Diamond Mountain.
Match with milk very well and provide a little cacao and very light fruit taste.
The best coffee is the coffee bean that just roasted 6 days ago.
After 6 days of roast,the expresso have much crema and full of fresh,clear taste.
Ps:深烘培而言,口感稍為比中烘培強烈,對於不能喝咖啡的朋友,可以改喝中烘培的咖啡看看.
